It all began with a personal enthusiasm for unusual Italian fragrances, until Herbert Stricker and his company took over the distribution of the historic Eau de Colognes Acqua di Genova more than 15 years ago, thus laying the foundations for Classic Parfums.

Step by step, further exclusive lines from individual manufacturers, mostly unknown in Germany, were added.

A milestone for further development was certainly the acquisition of the famous perfumer Lorenzo Villoresi from Florence and his fragrances. Herbert Stricker's intuition also led him to discover the then unknown Xerjoff manufactory, which is now one of the world's most important exclusive brands.

The cooperation with the mostly family-run fragrance houses is always characterized by profound knowledge and a very close personal relationship of trust.
